Job Summary
A company is looking for an Informatics Pharmacist, Clincl.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, build, test, and troubleshoot medication-related work within the Epic Willow suite
- Collaborate with pharmacy informatics personnel for integrated solutions and maintain order sets and formulary changes
- Serve as a liaison between pharmacy and IT and participate in relevant committees
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- Epic certification in supported modules or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
- Experience with regulations and system monitoring to meet requirements
- Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy or equivalent in the working state
- Experience training others
