Washington Licensed Informatics Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Informatics Pharmacist, Clincl.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, build, test, and troubleshoot medication-related work within the Epic Willow suite
• Collaborate with pharmacy informatics personnel for integrated solutions and maintain order sets and formulary changes
• Serve as a liaison between pharmacy and IT and participate in relevant committees

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Epic certification in supported modules or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
• Experience with regulations and system monitoring to meet requirements
• Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy or equivalent in the working state
• Experience training others
