Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Representative to perform patient registration and insurance verification tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration and verify insurance coverage and benefits
• Collect co-payments and provide receipts to patients
• Notify patients of any insurance coverage issues and assist with appointment scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of medical insurance verification experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage
• General knowledge of ICD 10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, and medical billing processes
