Job Summary

To support patient care services, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Investigational Pharmacist will perform clinical pharmacy duties, including medication therapy management, drug dispensing, and collaboration with healthcare teams, while working partially onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to individualize drug therapies and ensure safe transitions of care
• Monitor and modify drug regimens, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests
• Provide education and preceptorship to pharmacy residents and medical staff while participating in research projects

Required qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• State of Washington Pharmacist License
• Two years of experience in pharmacy practice, with residency training substituting for experience
