Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigator in the Asset Protection Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alarm systems and maintain logs of events during assigned shifts, escalating issues as necessary
• Respond to emergency situations and collect documentation for security incidents, including CCTV reviews
• Support access control environments and collaborate with teammates to improve overall safety and address daily issues

Qualifications:

• Background in security systems
• 2 years of experience in service-based security operations preferred
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Access Control Systems
• Ability to maintain a calm presence during crises and adapt to changing environments
• Strong collaboration and de-escalation skills
