Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney to support their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice and counseling on labor and employment matters
• Conduct research for client requests and prepare written responses
• Draft and update employment agreements, handbooks, and policies

Required Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar; must reside in Washington
• 7+ years of labor and employment experience
• Strong advisory and counseling background
• Experience drafting and updating labor and employment policies and agreements
• Writing sample required (memo or similar demonstrating legal analysis; pleadings not accepted)
