Job Summary

A company is looking for a Labor & Employment Attorney (Remote or Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on various employment law matters including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and wage and hour laws
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, procedures, and handbooks
• Advise on traditional labor issues and represent clients in employment-related disputes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an employment attorney
• Experience in a corporate law firm or as in-house counsel is preferred
• Licensed to practice law
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Outstanding professional references
