Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Researcher, Housing and Cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader and advocate in policy research and strategy development for housing abundance
• Develop expertise in zoning reform and other housing policies to facilitate legislative changes
• Write articles, policy memos, and coordinate with diverse stakeholders to promote housing reforms

Required Qualifications

• At least eight years of experience in policy development, research, or legislative strategy related to housing
• Ability to analyze complex information and develop strategic arguments
• Experience building effective relationships across diverse groups
• Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Experience with government preferred, but not required
