Key Responsibilities

• Advise members on lending products and services to meet their needs
• Process loan applications accurately and ensure compliance with regulations
• Build and deepen member relationships to enhance engagement and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of financial service sales experience or three years of combined experience in outbound sales and financial services
• Experience in originating lending applications
• Knowledge of relevant regulations such as RESPA, HMDA, and ECOA
• Full-time availability with potential for additional hours as needed
