Washington Licensed Lending Specialist

Job Summary

To support members in achieving their financial goals, the full-time Washington Licensed Lending Specialist will deliver personalized lending solutions across consumer, real estate, and business products while managing a high-volume call center environment remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver member support by managing inbound calls and resolving concerns with urgency and professionalism
• Identify financial needs and recommend appropriate lending solutions to deepen member relationships
• Own the lending process by completing applications, gathering documentation, and guiding loans from origination to funding

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of financial service sales experience or three years of combined experience in outbound sales and financial services
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, requiring annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
• Experience in a contact center or sales environment managing a high-volume pipeline of member interactions
• Thorough knowledge of RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, ECOA, and HUD rules and regulations
