Job Summary

A company is looking for General Litigation Attorneys for full-time, part-time, or permanent positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research complicated legal issues efficiently and competently
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other legal documents
• Handle all aspects of discovery, including taking depositions

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of litigation experience at a large firm or sophisticated boutique
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
• J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
• Outstanding references
