Washington Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Washington Litigation Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage active Washington civil litigation matters from early case assessment through resolution
• Draft and argue motions; take and defend depositions; appear in court independently as needed
• Work directly with clients and claims professionals, providing strategic updates and case management

Required Qualifications:

• Washington-licensed attorney with 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload with increasing independence
• Comfortable supporting and preparing cases for trial, with direct trial experience valued
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Located in Washington and willing to come into the office as needed
