Washington Licensed Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a Washington Licensed Litigation Attorney, this fully remote part-time or full-time position will manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, focusing on insurance defense and civil litigation while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support active litigation matters throughout the full case lifecycle, from initial assessment to resolution
• Draft, review, and revise various litigation documents, including pleadings and motions
• Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on substantive and procedural issues in active cases

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong insurance defense experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with ProLaw or similar litigation management software is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a litigation team
