Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview new clients and set up appointments
• Collect information and documentation to build clients' cases and prepare exhibit binders for mediations and trials
• Train and supervise legal assistants while maintaining strict compliance with schedules

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Paralegal Certification
• At least 2 years of civil litigation experience
• 3+ years of experience at a Personal Injury Firm or equivalent
• 1 year of stable work experience
• Outgoing personality with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
