Washington Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Paralegal with experience in class action litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support up to 3 attorneys in plaintiff side wage and hour class actions and employment law matters
• Draft motions, discovery, and trial preparation documents
• Manage e-filing in multiple Washington county court systems and federally through PACER

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal handling litigation matters
• Experience with complex and/or multiparty litigation
• Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms, case management software, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience supporting cases up to trial; in-trial support experience is desirable
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment and collaborate with a team
