Job Summary
Seeking a Washington Licensed Litigation Paralegal, this remote full-time position will assist attorneys with answering interrogatories, preparing legal documents, and managing trial preparations while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Assists attorneys in answering interrogatories and preparing legal documents such as motions and briefs
- Obtains and summarizes medical records and arranges for medical examinations as directed by trial attorneys
- Prepares documents and evidence for trial and interviews witnesses as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or 3 years of paralegal experience preferred
- Paralegal certificate or completion of at least one year of law school required
- One year of experience in a civil litigation law firm preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal certificate from an American Bar Association (ABA) approved program preferred
