Job Summary
Seeking a Washington Licensed Litigation Paralegal, this remote full-time position will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, answering interrogatories, and conducting research related to civil litigation cases.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in answering interrogatories and preparing legal documents, including motions and briefs
- Review and summarize medical records and arrange for medical examinations as directed by trial attorneys
- Conduct research on legal points and assist in preparing documents and evidence for trial
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year Associate's Degree or 3 years of paralegal experience preferred
- Paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies, or completion of at least one year of law school
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
- One year of experience working in a civil litigation law firm preferred
