Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Washington Licensed Loan Closer, the full-time remote position will manage the preparation of closing packages, provide funding authorization, and ensure compliance and accuracy of documents in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare closing packages and provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents
• Review signed closing packages for accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Update status notes within the TRID form regarding communication with Loan Officers and settlement agents

Required qualifications

• 5 years of closer/funder experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of new RESPA/GFE laws and closing/legal documents
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on recognizing inconsistencies in data/documents
• Familiarity with LoanSoft software is a plus
