Job Summary

Supporting a high-producing mortgage team, the full-time Washington Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will manage loan documentation, calculate income for loan viability, and serve as a primary contact for borrowers and agents, with options for onsite, hybrid, or remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Request disclosures and order appraisals while collecting and reviewing client documentation
• Calculate income and analyze complex tax returns and non-traditional income sources
• Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting loan approval or closing timelines

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license required
• Minimum 3+ years of recent mortgage industry experience
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Advanced income calculation skills, particularly with self-employed borrowers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with loan origination software preferred
