• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of M&A and private equity experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed and in good standing in state of residence
• Prior experience in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is highly preferred
• Outstanding professional references
