Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Render evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients ages 12+
Provide mental health services primarily through telehealth video or telephone
Conduct intakes, assessments, counseling, and maintain documentation according to guidelines

Required Qualifications

Active LMHCA license
Minimum 1 year of 1:1 clinical experience using evidence-based treatment
Experience with EMR documentation and treatment planning
Reliable technology access for confidential sessions
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
