Washington Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the part-time or full-time Washington Licensed Mental Health Counselor will conduct tele-health sessions, deliver patient assessments, and develop meaningful connections with clients in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tele-health sessions on the provided platform
• Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and assist in treatment planning
• Participate in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist

Required Qualifications

• Unrestricted independent license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) in good standing in Washington state
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions
• 2+ years of direct care experience with adult individuals preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
