Job Summary

Providing clinical supervision and chart reviews, the part-time contract Washington Licensed Mental Health Supervisor will support Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Associate employees while ensuring compliance with documentation and educational standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure counseling services are delivered competently and in compliance with educational requirements
• Audit charts for adherence to policies, procedures, and documentation standards
• Provide ongoing clinical competency training and resources for continuing education requirements

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences, or a relevant field
• Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensure with supervisor credential
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse population
• Understanding of ethical standards governing mental health licensure
