Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct clinical assessments, provide brief evidence-based psychotherapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and determine appropriate care levels
  • Develop and implement inclusive care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Document assessments and treatment progress in the EHR system while providing psychoeducation to patients and their families
Required qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Active licensure for independent practice in Washington State
  • Experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in brief psychotherapy models
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic theories and the ability to work in fast-paced clinical environments
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative virtual team environment
