Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a caseload of therapy sessions, and utilize measurement-based care tools to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver remote therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients (18+)
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week, ensuring documentation compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and participate in weekly case consultations and professional development activities
Required qualifications
- Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington
- Minimum of 2 years of active and unrestricted licensure with clinical experience working with adults
- At least six months of teletherapy experience and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Willingness to become licensed in other states, with costs covered by the employer
- Ability to complete documentation within 48 hours of client contact, utilizing an AI-assist tool if desired
