Job Summary
To support K-12 students' mental health needs, a Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist will conduct weekly virtual therapy sessions on a contract basis, focusing primarily on clinical services while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
- Help students improve their overall mental health and well-being
- Manage 90% clinical services and 10% administrative responsibilities
Required qualifications
- Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or similar)
- Experience working with children in the K-12 age range
- Ability to navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth platforms
- Reliable computer (laptop or desktop) and internet connection
- Must obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage prior to beginning services
