Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy sessions, and collaborate with other mental health providers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
- Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Participate in weekly case consultations and professional development activities
Required qualifications
- Active license as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and proficiency in clinical assessments
- At least six months of teletherapy experience and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
- Ability to maintain a caseload of approximately 25 therapy sessions per week
