Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy sessions, and collaborate with other mental health providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
• Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
• Participate in weekly case consultations and professional development activities

Required qualifications

• Active license as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and proficiency in clinical assessments
• At least six months of teletherapy experience and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states
• Ability to maintain a caseload of approximately 25 therapy sessions per week
