Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a caseload of therapy sessions, and collaborate with other mental health providers while ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver remote therapy using various modalities to adult clients (18+)
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 ongoing therapy sessions per week and conduct assessments for new clients
- Utilize measurement-based care tools to adjust treatment plans based on client progress
Required qualifications
- Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington
- At least 2 years of active and unrestricted licensure in Texas with clinical experience with adults
- Minimum six months of teletherapy experience and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Willingness to maintain a caseload of ~25 therapy sessions per week
- Ability to complete documentation within 48 hours of client contact, using an AI-assist tool if desired
