Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time or full-time Washington Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients, complete clinical assessments, and develop treatment plans while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in monthly clinical case reviews and collaborate with clinical and operational teams for support
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Washington independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with adults
- Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth and using electronic health records
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
