Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer - Member Direct.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong member relationships to understand their needs and guide them to suitable mortgage solutions
• Originate loans by accurately processing applications and communicating necessary disclosures and fees
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the mortgage process, ensuring clear communication among all parties involved

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 4 years of lending sales, processing, or underwriting experience
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, including annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
• College degree preferred
