Job Summary
Seeking a Washington Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the fully remote position offers part-time or full-time opportunities to provide telehealth-based assessments, medication management, and care coordination for individuals with Substance Use Disorder while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct health evaluations to assess substance use and overall functioning
- Diagnose health conditions and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the care team and external providers to deliver coordinated, whole-person care
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP license in Washington
- Active DEA license (and CDS where applicable)
- Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry
- Board certification in specialty preferred
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
