Washington Licensed Occupational Medicine Reviewer

Job Summary

Seeking a Washington Licensed Occupational Medicine Reviewer, this fully remote independent contractor position allows for flexible scheduling and customization of workload while conducting comprehensive medical record reviews and providing evidence-based opinions on occupational injuries and work-related illnesses.

Key responsibilities:

• Review medical records and supporting documentation to assess work-related injuries and illnesses
• Conduct evidence-based clinical assessments and prepare clear, comprehensive written reports
• Participate in peer-to-peer discussions and answer client-specific questions regarding treatment plans and return-to-work recommendations

Required qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Occupational Medicine preferred
• Current, unrestricted Washington medical license
• Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
• Experience evaluating work-related injuries and workers' compensation cases preferred
