Washington Licensed Oncology Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist - Oral Chemotherapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with providers to individualize drug therapies and ensure safe transitions of care
• Provide education and preceptorship to pharmacy residents, medical/surgical residents, and nursing staff
• Implement and maintain departmental policies related to medication use and participate in quality assurance programs

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• State of Washington Pharmacist License
• Two years of experience in pharmacy practice or completion of an accredited residency program
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is preferred
