Washington Licensed Oncology Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescription orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
• Evaluate patient-specific clinical information to ensure optimal therapy selection
• Provide clinical support and make evidence-based recommendations to providers

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Washington
• Minimum of 3 years of dispensing pharmacist experience; oncology or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge of oncology medications and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication skills for remote patient and provider interactions
