Job Summary
To support patient care in oncology, the part-time Washington Licensed Oncology Pharmacist will provide clinical pharmacy services, including pharmacotherapeutic recommendations and medication management, while working both onsite at the South Lake Union Campus and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize drug therapies for patient care
- Perform comprehensive medication therapy reviews and manage drug regimens, including laboratory testing
- Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication use and adherence strategies
Required qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
- State of Washington Pharmacist License
- Two years of experience in pharmacy practice, with residency training counting towards experience
