Washington Licensed Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the Integrated Kidney Care program, the full-time Washington Licensed Operations Supervisor will remotely supervise a team of Care Coordinators and Engagement Specialists, focusing on patient engagement and operational oversight while fostering a high-performing team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop a team of Care Coordinators and Engagement Specialists, providing onboarding, training, and continuous support
• Manage performance through regular evaluations, goal setting, and overseeing employment activities such as hiring and promotions
• Organize and monitor workflows to ensure team metrics related to patient engagement and care coordination are met

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of two years' supervisory experience required, preferably in a remote or healthcare setting
• At least one year of project management and/or project implementation experience required
• Strong understanding of commercial and government insurance programs required
• Proven track record of developing strategies for growth and operational problem-solving
