Washington Licensed Operations Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Training Instructor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops operator training processes, programs, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards
• Creates and executes strategies for training program accreditation and revises training programs based on changes in plant design and procedures
• Coordinates with various departments to enhance training programs and prepares trainee evaluation materials

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in science/engineering
• 4 years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience
• 2 years of experience as a simulator instructor
• Previous SRO/RO license holder or 4+ years of experience with SRO-certification
• Mastery of skills in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of licensed operator training programs
