Washington Licensed Paralegal Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an L&D Paralegal Training Specialist to develop and implement training programs for paralegals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a structured paralegal training curriculum and develop on-demand training materials
• Deliver live virtual workshops and interactive training sessions on various legal topics
• Assess learning needs, develop performance metrics, and provide ongoing support to paralegals

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a paralegal in family law or a comparable area of law
• Experience in designing and delivering legal training or educational programs
• Preferred experience in a multi-office law firm and knowledge of family law procedures in relevant states
• Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, and LMS platforms
