Job Summary

A company is looking for a PASRR Evaluator in Port Angeles, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct PASRR Level II assessments to evaluate individuals' physical, behavioral, and psychological functioning
• Develop informed level-of-care recommendations and determine appropriate next levels of care for individuals requiring long-term care placement
• Verify medical records and collaborate with healthcare professionals to complete accurate screenings and maintain compliance with established workflows

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Active, unrestricted license in a healthcare or related field in the State of Washington
• Graduation from an accredited college with a relevant degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in assessing individuals with mental health or psychiatric disorders
• Ability to assess and analyze psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning
• Familiarity with mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and geriatrics
• Experience in medical record abstraction and clinical data review
