Washington Licensed PASRR Evaluator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PASRR Evaluator to conduct assessments for geriatric individuals and those living with Serious Mental Illness, Intellectual Disabilities, or Related Conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual PASRR Level II assessments and evaluate individuals' physical, behavioral, and psychological functioning
• Develop informed level-of-care recommendations and determine appropriate next levels of care for long-term placements
• Verify medical records and provide clinically based recommendations while maintaining compliance with established workflows

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Active, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Psychologist, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHP, or RN with a Master's in Psychiatric Nursing
• Graduation from an accredited college with a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience in assessing mental health disorders
• Ability to analyze psychological, emotional, behavioral, and physical functioning for clinical evaluations
• Experience in medical record abstraction and clinical data review
