Washington Licensed Pediatric Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Behavioral Health Nurse Care Manager to support children and families through their healthcare journey with a focus on behavioral health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated, family-centered virtual care management to improve behavioral health outcomes for pediatric members
• Develop personalized, goal-oriented care plans in collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team
• Support members through behavioral health treatment plans and help families navigate treatment options and resources

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Must reside in a compact NLC state with an active Compact RN license in good standing
• 5+ years of nursing experience with 2+ years in a pediatric behavioral health setting
• Willingness to become licensed in multiple states and current CCM Certification preferred
• Comfortable managing a wide range of pediatric behavioral health conditions
