Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist with Pediatric Experience as a 1099 Contractor in Washington.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and their families
• Engage families in the therapeutic process and adapt approaches to incorporate family dynamics
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and wellness coaches

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent license
• Experience with evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR
• Ability to practice telehealth and manage technical issues effectively
• Full-time resident of the United States
