Job Summary
To support the growth of a personal injury practice, the full-time Washington Licensed Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload from pre-suit through trial, focusing on motor vehicle and commercial vehicle accidents while establishing the firm's litigation presence in the state.
Key responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including depositions and trial preparation
- Develop litigation strategies and oversee all phases of litigation while collaborating with support staff
- Assist in establishing and growing personal injury operations within the state, providing guidance on local legal procedures
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing in Washington or other specified states
- Minimum of 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Extensive experience with motor vehicle and commercial vehicle accident cases
- Significant courtroom experience and first-chair trial experience preferred
