Job Summary

To support the growth of a personal injury practice, the full-time Senior Civil Litigation Attorney will manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through trial, focusing on motor vehicle and commercial vehicle accidents while establishing the firm's litigation presence in Washington.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury caseload, including MVA, CVA, and complex injury claims
• Develop litigation strategies and oversee all phases of litigation, including depositions and trial preparation
• Assist in establishing and growing personal injury operations within the state and mentor junior staff

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license and good standing in Washington or other specified states
• Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Extensive experience with MVA and CVA litigation, including first-chair trial experience
• Established relationships with medical providers and litigation support professionals are a plus
