Job Summary
Leading the litigation practice for a growing firm, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Personal Injury Attorney will manage a caseload from pre-suit through trial, focusing on complex personal injury claims while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury caseload, including Motor Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle Accident claims, from intake through trial or settlement
- Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and jury trials while developing litigation strategies to maximize client outcomes
- Collaborate with paralegals and litigation support staff, and mentor attorneys as the firm's Washington practice grows
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Washington State Bar license in good standing
- Minimum 10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Extensive experience with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Commercial Vehicle Accident (CVA) claims
- Significant courtroom experience, including depositions and mediations
