Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, build, test, and troubleshoot medication-related work within the Epic Willow suite
• Collaborate with pharmacy informatics personnel for integrated solutions and maintain order sets and formulary changes
• Act as a liaison between pharmacy and IT, and participate in relevant committees

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Epic certification in supported modules or certification within 6 months of employment
• Experience with regulatory interpretation and system monitoring
• Licensed by the Washington State Board of Pharmacy or equivalent in the working state
• At least two years of experience in a hospital pharmacy with increasing responsibility
