Job Summary

To support a growing outpatient practice, the full-time salaried Washington Licensed Physical Therapist will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction, develop evidence-based care plans, and deliver skilled interventions to improve patient outcomes while working in a supportive environment that prioritizes professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assessing movement dysfunction through patient history and physical examination
• Developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care tailored to each patient's goals and needs
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise and manual therapy, to enhance function and alleviate pain

Required qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of WA)
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
