Key Responsibilities

• Submit prior authorizations to insurance companies and maintain accurate documentation
• Verify insurance coverage and prescription formularies to ensure payment of prescriptions
• Address patient concerns regarding their authorization status and work with insurance companies and pharmacies to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with personal computers, including word processing and electronic spreadsheets
• Preferably one year or more of experience in office work
