Washington Licensed Product Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing expert technical support for medical devices, the full-time Washington Licensed Product Support Specialist will assist customers via phone and remote tools, troubleshoot issues, and participate in weekend and on-call support rotations.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide customers through product operation, configuration, and best practices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently
• Deliver timely solutions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• Associate degree in a related field or 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical neurophysiology, IT, or biomedical technology
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Polysomnographic Technology or Electroencephalograph Technology from a CAAHEP-accredited program
• Active credentials as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), EEG Technologist (REEGT), and/or Certified in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) are a plus
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a sleep/EEG technician, or 2+ years in help desk or network support preferred
