Job Summary

A company is looking for an Excess and Surplus Lines Production Underwriter/Broker.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and client outreach
• Analyze, underwrite, and price risks while negotiating terms with carriers
• Maintain and grow a profitable book of business by building client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
• Prior experience in insurance production, underwriting, and/or brokering
• Proven track record of sales success and meeting revenue targets
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• High school diploma required
