Washington Licensed Property Claim Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Property Claim Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from various stakeholders and maintain accurate records of claim activity

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor's Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Ability to adapt to new technology and participate in a Catastrophe Response Program
• Willingness to obtain and maintain relevant Insurance License(s) within three months
